    Had appointment 2 weeks in advance for airbag recall fix. Went in, dropped off car and 40 min later they call me to say they don't have the part in stock to fix the airbag recall.
    What? Soo unprofessional! They say sorry, it's a mistake. Don't offer me any free oil changes, nothing. Just want me to bring car back next day. Sorry. You had 2 weeks to get the part for this appointment.
    Terrible customer service. Corporate offered me 2 free oil changes and arranged for another dealer to fix my airbag the next day!
